I have the chance to lose another cup final to Seaburn!

If someone could maim Lema and Malepa in the match just before it would be appreciated :)

Was about to post something about getting another treble in the bag, but then remembered that I haven't actually won the league yet! Two more wins will guarantee it, but I've packed away the hubris until such times that those matches have been won...

Well it's nailed on now, after Cardiff lost to the Bakerman!

You can take the hubris out and give it a polish. Please let us know when you get bored with all those titles and then there'll be a big fight to see who can take over and fit into the giant's shoes.

Thanks Numpty.

I think that's the first league title Bakerman has won, only he won it for Seaburn Beach. We will be sending him some Seaburn Beach - Champons merchandise. Sadly, that typo was not spotted before we spent thousands on the non-refundable goods.

That's harsh!

Especially after my 8th losing cup final - all to the mighty Beach...

Still haven't got over losing that league title on goal difference after an unbeaten season...

Another sort of OK season for me - almost certainly 4th place and straight into group phase of European League, my 25th striaght season of European football and still I have managed to avoid winning any major trophies!

I reckon I'm 3 or 4 seasons away from having a really serious team!

Cardiff were a bit ahead of me with the L5 YA, so theirs is starting to hit now. I needed to do a bit of balancing the books, but sorted now - bank balance is healthy, about half way through getting those L5 YA graduates to my first team and will have cash to spend on some missing links when they are ready...

Well my target of survival has been achieved. Just need to find that winning lottery ticket down the back of the sofa to push for mid table mediocrity! :open_mouth:

I have a front line of one striker that seems to score for fun (courtesy of Stephen ) the other 2 have 5 goals between them!
