Magnificent achievement to wrestle the title from Seaburn. A league and cup double makes LGA the team to beat next season. Stephen's 99 points was never going to be enough to capture the title as we all know that 100 points will do it (I know Bakerman, season 63 was the painful exception). Can Seaburn bounce back?

It's good to see my Scammonden Daoists featuring in the English awards ceremony again, after Lee Gartin put three goals past his own keeper in the final two games to pull clear on that particular statistic. Never let out be said that we lack the drive to win trophies of any type. He will collect the 'Erroneous backpass of the year' award and it will be displayed at the Monastery as an example of how things must improve. Talking of which, the Abbot is looking at making a couple of signings that will pull us into the top half again next season. Good luck in the transfer market all.
