I've noticed there seems to be more own goals scored this season than any other, I've bagged a few myself :-)

Agreed we are both leading the charts on this. It may be that because there is the state table an it is always so low the developers think they new it increase... I don't!

Could have my first ever silverware ... through to the final of the u21 cup.

A change in tactics (and a bit of luck) has given the Cambridge Crocodiles a 3-1 victory over the Gravediggers, taking them within two points of safety. The comeback is on...

action at both ends of the table with the Hoodies travelling to Apocolyupe tomorrow (at a crazy early kick off) could this be the moment the Hoodies lose their grip of the title?

Come on youuuuuu Cambridge

Of the teams battling for promotion, who do you think has a genuine chance of sticking around in the top flight?

Imperial will have chance to survive...I think his team is as strong as some guys in the top league...of course, everyone needs some luck.

Good luck to the Hoodies in the U21 Cup final vs We Lost. Whoever wins it will be the first time a non-league 1 side raises the Cup and a massive achievement as well as being a great omen for the future. Could it really be an historic double for the Hoodies?

Not looking so good for the Monks who look set to just miss out on the play offs again. Never mind, happy to still be here and will strengthen for next season.

Good luck in the U21 Cup final!

Monk, there's 5 games to go and you're only 2 points off 5th place... anything can happen!

Yes. You are right and I need to take a lesson off the way you have kept plugging away and hauled yourself out of the relegation zone. Congratulations for that. It's not like me to be unduly pessimistic, but I can't get my Monks to perform the way I want and have had a number of frustrating results of late. I also have some tricky fixtures coming up, especially away to Gravediggers and yourself!

Mind you there are no easy fixtures in this league, so still all to play for.

@Monk - a small correction: the first non-top flight side to win the U21 was Seaburn Beach, triumphing in extra time against Colne in the season I won promotion to Division 1. Mind you, I fully expect to be in with a shout of being the first non-top flight side to win the trophy twice, judging by the efforts of the ME to have me relegated this season!

@Antboy - as for who can survive in top flight, it's bloody difficult. Last year's champion Dragontao had a good squad and won the league fairly easily in the end. This year, he's spent millions on some properly good players and he's still down in the playoffs. Admittedly, he's also got a good chance of dragging someone else into the mix (e.g. me!), so it's not been as painful as some other seasons in the top flight. This year has the quality of a lottery to it and it's far from enjoyable.
