You can forget about selling players who have 5.4 talent or less...
It is possible that the wages of these players wiil be so high that the owner will have to fire them as nobody will want them and also the owner won't be able to afford keeping many of them.
The only thing he could do now is downgrade to level 4.
or he will need to sell 2 player's per season @over 150m each, to maintain the facility. also not forgetting trading up to 200m a season.. the guy could still have some billions there.
As far as i know, after YA 4 players could come with 3 special traits, do we have an example yet? is it working? i see lots of team with YA 4 and higher.

Then FW or Midfielder, if you don't have ST players in those positions. Otherwise defender or dm.
