So if I buy once VIP3 and start with new team, but then continue with lower VIPat some moment, it can stay eternally as my inactive team with assistant manager until I get again VIP3 or required level of VIP is decreased?

For me this would be a strong additional reason for having a second team, the ability to properly try out things where you fully control the set up of both teams to see what works.

i want to open 2nd team same as 1st team, to see how far i could reach as a new team....

why not completely restart the game from zero and all managers can see how far can go like new managers? That will give all managers a reason to buy vip not just for few.And will give any managers a chance to do something in this game like any others. Newest managers don't have any chance.

@play, Since thursday 3 new leagues will start from zero so you can join one of them to have equal chance with others.

3 new leagues means less then 0,1% from the game,what equal chances you see?
