Tough decision. My best defender is 31 years and 51 weeks. Any hour now he will turn 32. If I retire him, my season will go downhill. If I don't, I will continue to win games consistenly but he will be a worse staff member.

Does the talent range of a staff member decrease from 31 years of age to 32?
That's a good question @Peter. I don't have the answer but the Help says the staff Talent reduces by 1 for every 4 years the player ages after 30, before appointment as staff. This could be gradual or in steps. Perhaps someone has researched this in the past?
- A 30 year old player will get a staff talent of at least 6 and at most 10. A 38 year old will get a talent of 4 to 8 and a 50 year old will get a talent of 1 to 5.

@Numpty , my girlfriend is the best ever , its just the 200h of work , 6 days of classes , poker , survey stuff for money and my trainings ,pretty drained out with this high tempo :D Basically 300h im working ,then some gym
