Transfers have nothing to do with paying for VIP.

Admins are human to, so maybe they have celebrated new yearseve, or have a holiday. You can't force people to be online 24 hours a day.

Plus i understand that the workload is enormous for the few admins we have.

People seem to complain about this every transfer window. 

I do get that it's annoying to have to wait.

But at the same time there seems to be a lack of appreciation for people that put a lot of time and effort in to keep the game clean for everyone's benefit. 

Perhaps the system can be improved but without Vincent's input there's not much that anyone can do.

Everybody can celebrate New Year is not the problem. Than should be organized that at this time there is no transfer window. 
The admins could have less work, if for example the players value are 30.000.000 and the transfer will done for 20.000.000 than could work the transfer without review of admins. 
Nobody wants to be 24 hrs online, but 17 hours should be enough to complete the transfer!

I'd really love to be able to sell a player or two...  With only 2 transfer slots, it makes it nearly impossible, especially when you're trying to offload 19-24 year olds.

It literally takes me all window long just to get the minimum price down to something reasonable.  I obviously know it's tough to make sales of the ages I listed but the system is very flawed.

The thing is. Even if u know u wont sell ur 300m player for 300m  but only for 60m, it will take like 3-5 days to drop the price low as possible.
