and you will make better ones...
It's better to concentrate on training center ad get it quickly to level 10, taking also care of stadium, upgrading it at first possibility. Before youth center level 10 there is really nothing serious coming, but at least he can buy some better youngsters born in academies and they would develop normally in TC10. But there is no point having YC level 10 with poorer TC.
And... watch some top teams (internationally) how to use training points. Only defensive players(defenders and DM) need different skills trained. Keepers, mids(offensive) and forwards need only main skill and some tactics about 1.5 balls, training them other skills is just waste. Those "universal" players are wortless on field as they are good in nothing.

FFS how stupid. I can't put my player on the loan list because he apparently has to much unspent XP. He is a forward with 6,432 XP. His next target for scoring XP is 8,438. So how the FFFing hell can he have to much unspent XP.
Yid - I think the maximum is 5000 XP
I think this is to stop people loaning out a player to a mate with loads of unspent xp and then training him after the loan.
Forwards and keepers are obviously the most difficult to work within the 5,000 limit, it's just a case of timing when in the window you can list the player.
Yes i understand that but unspent XP limit should not start untill the maximum XP for the player training is reached. Not at a rediculas 5,000 XP.
