I'm not that sure.
The less developed clubs will get players the big teams don't really care about due to their age and spending all that time in a lower youth center.
So if anybody would buy those players it would be other lower ranked teams.
No top team will be looking for a lvl 7 supertalent.

Therefor value will be relative low and you could wonder if its worth selling at all for that small team.
Don't think any of those players will be sold above $5M as no team willing to buy those players would have that amount of cash available.
Trying to sell those supertalents might generate twice their value max, an amount that would hardly allow someone to replace him with a player that would enhance the team and build some additional structures.

There will be always teams who are willing to buy supertalents and smaller clubs can make huge money on them because (for the good of the game) there are managers who are willing to overpay some supertalents, not looking/knowing is he well trained or not but just looking at the "left side of their skill".
An example, last season Shehu Obaretiri was sold for 112.5M

http://rockingsoccer.com/en/soccer/info/player-815060

If your check him out,for a supertalented 18y he is awfully trained,if you compare him to a well trained similar talented youngster

http://rockingsoccer.com/en/soccer/info/compareplayers?id1=815060&id2=800629

or even to some of mine avarage yongster he still needs 3-4 seasons to catch him

http://rockingsoccer.com/en/soccer/info/compareplayers?id1=766177&id2=815060

so don't worry, high talented supertalents will be sold for huge money...

Thats a player from a lvl 9 YC and already 2 seasons of matches played, thats hardly comparable to a lvl 7 supertalent.
He was pulled at 16yo(16.09 according to my calculations), but with a 15yo start of season age.
Thats like he was pulled at 15yo due to him being able to play 20 matches during the remains of that first season.
That takes him as close to a lvl 10 supertalent as you can get.

If anything this shows its top teams like you really don't care about players we were talking about above.

A lvl 7 YC supertalent from a less developed team would be more like a 18yo with 2 stars max and maybe 5M market value.
Those players won't reach 100M value with 2 seasons of training.

@ronintje agreed. My L7 supertalent is still well short of £100m (I think he's hit $100m though) after 5 seasons' training. And he looks unlikely to make NT; he's not even on the shortlist yet!

Ronintje@ he's for example a quite nice player:
http://rockingsoccer.com/en/soccer/info/player-805522

Main problem though is that YC7 or lower usually comes with low TC as well. but still getting 20M for YC7 supertalent isn't bad and can maintance the YC8 and TC10, also, that can help the manager to start "trading" like many managers do, usually buying players for 2M and sell for 4M (or anything else that can bring 2M or more profit). Having some free space in squad and being VIP can help to make better progress (both are very important, without space in squad you can't do nothing and without VIP it's hard to sell much when need to sell the regular players as well). I never did such trades (usually had squad problems, and also wasn't VIP) but heard that it can give very nice results, like 10M profit per window, or more, you need to know to select the right kids, though...

Maybe even with "bigger" players, buy one for 5M (usually youth10 or intelligent/hardworking/selfish/etc. with good fixed youth9, train him good and sell for more than 100% profit in future, that needs usually TC10, though.

Pfff, thats actually a very nice player you show there Maccabi.
Even while thinking that will be an exception, i might have to change my thought a bit.
Guess there will be more low level supertalents that generate a lot more then i expected.

Your are right Ron,that mostly they will cost much less but supertalent with above 6.5 talent can and will be sold for much higher, here is an example. He was sold for 103M, 3 days after he was born from youth 7

My fresh one from YC8. http://rockingsoccer.com/en/soccer/info/player-925590 Lazy spoils a lot, but maybe on DCB it's less harmful.
