Yeah but Neymar is world class,although not really a big fan on fim but he will definitively can be a decisive player and with his image,they will sell tons of jersey so that 222m is a lot but i would decide for a club who to buy than i would rather pay 222m for Neymar than 85m for Van dijk...hugely overpaid...

Chelsea don't really need to do a City yet, Champions in two of the past three seasons. Perhaps it's Liverpool that need to do a City, given Liverpool's title wins in the last, erm, however many years (despite spending way more than Arsenal, Leicester and Blackburn in that period, who've all won the Premier League).
