I don't know where else to post this.
So... Mick Bullard has 7.6 talent and is rated at 24.95 stars. But that's not all. His club, Real Madrid CF, has a level 4 Football Academy with two 10* staff members. So, Bullard gets:
7.6 * 168 * 1.21 = 1545 XP per day
For those who don't know, an old TC 10 with two 10* staff members would've given 145.2 * talent XP per gameday. In order to get the amount of XP per day that Bullard gets, this is the talent we would've needed:
1545 / 145.2 = 10.64
So yeah. Bullard now is the equivalent of a 10.64 talent player back in the days when we only had TC10's.

Bonus: Paul Derksen is perhaps the oldest still-serviceable player in the game. He's so old that, in his Employment tab, all the seasons that he's ever played in take up two pages – going back to Season 14. He's played a total of 908 matches in his career. Perhaps not the most capped player, but still a real workhorse.
