Once your players have earned enough experience points, you can use them to train their trainable skills. This is the most important way to improve your players. To do this you need a Training Complex of at least level 1
Before spending your experience points, make sure you understand the value of the different trainable skills. Each player can use all skills, but depending on his position (as defender, forward etc.) some are more important than others.
