How does Somalia(rated the worst country) have a league ,while Gabon(Aubameyang)does not ?

To clarify: this is about countries in Africa that exist in the game but do not have a league. Uganda and Cameroon do have a league. We will not reset any countries now, only open new countries.

I am removing all votes for Republic of Congo,as it is not there in the game.
