New leagues (71)
Though on a more technical perspective, here's who should be the the next 2 leagues:
I looked at the African league ratings, and their coefficients, and here are the top 5 African countries (according to the league coefficients), that don't have a league:
(These aren't in order)
- Tanzania
- Swaziland
- Congo DR
- Sierra Leone
- Gabon
In terms of population (as of 2013) of the countries in REAL life, here's how the fair:
1. Congo DR (or Democratic Republic of the Congo) at 67.51 million
2. Tanzania at 49.25 million
3. Sierra Leone at 6.092 million
4. Gabon at 1.672 million
5. Swaziland at 1.25 million
Now if you didn't notice, the difference between Tanzania and Sierra Leone is about a 43 MILLION difference in population, so keep that in mind.
So my suggestion, based on those facts, I would pick:
- Congo DR
&
- Tanzania

Tanzania is OK for me, Congo DR not so... Gabon could be better as we had an user from Gabon a few time ago who wanted to play there.

I would almost certainly get a second team in Tanzania if they opened up a league there.
As a former team manager in gabon I want gabon to be reopened
